We are a true artisan business and craft every product meticulously by hand, including our in-house botanical oils using raw herbs and plants. This takes time and while we do our best to keep stock ongoing, we want our products to be in your hands as fresh as possible and therefore keep our batch sizes relatively small. If an item is out of stock, it just means we’ve temporarily sold out and will have new stock available again soon. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to find out when it will be available.

Payments through our website are made through third party dedicated gateways, either Stripe or PayPal. You have the choice, and both gateways handle your information securely.   

Using our store

 

Shipping & delivery

We currently only ship to Australian addresses, through Australia Post.

We deliver via Regular Parcel Post for a flat-rate of $10.  

Once your order has been placed, you will be sent an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please verify you have completed the payment process.

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive another email when it has been posted.  Your order should arrive between 3-10 business days from this date.

 

Return policy

Reset Beauty Australia will accept returns and provide a replacement if a product is deemed faulty or damaged due to postage or manufacturing, or it does not match the product ordered. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt of the product by emailing info@resetbeautyaustralia.com. If the product has not been used we will organise a replacement of the same item.

To complete your return, we may require the product to be sent back to us and we will send you an email to notify you that it has been received and whether the replacement has been approved.

We will not accept returns or refunds based on a change of mind. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items or if you experience a skin reaction, as this is type of response is due to an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient of which cannot be predicted by us. We are confident in the efficacy of our products, but should you have any hesitations or questions regarding particular ingredients, we recommend you contact us.

For purchases made through stockists (online and in-store), please refer to the return policy of the retailer where the product was purchased.
